CINE FAMILIAR 2023
El pasado 09 de septiembre tuvimos la oportunidad de compartir un cine familiar con la finalidad de recolectar fondos y darnos la oportunidad de tener un rato de esparcimiento divertido y agradable. En la Fundación Inalta no solo vemos la oportunidad de recolectar fondos para nuestros jóvenes becarios, sino que, también aprovechamos los momentos que nos permitan disfrutar en familia.

Donation - Support for La Enseñanza Foundation
On November 24, we were collaborating with Fundación la Enseñanza with a collection of objects, clothing, toys, crockery, among others, in good condition for the garage sale that they held on November 30.
Our entire team was bringing items that they had at home and that for some reason they no longer used, but that were in excellent condition to give away.
We had the opportunity to meet Fundación La Enseñanza a few months ago, where we were sharing with the founders and sharing experiences. This place is, in turn, a school for low-income and vulnerable children that provides its facilities for the education and training of boys and girls.
For the Inalta Foundation, it has been a pleasure to share with the women who have worked hard for a long time to make this training space possible.

Ending the year with everything. On December 13 and 18 we met at the La Maldita vanidad theater to enjoy a spectacular improvised play by the Improvisual Project. It was a time of reflection, laughter, fellowship and total enjoyment during the time we were able to contemplate the work.
However, the space had more achievements than just having fun during that time: it was a space with the intention of obtaining resources for the payment of university tuition for 2023-I. The support of the people who attended will bear fruit by allowing our young people to continue studying their university careers and fulfill their personal and professional dreams.

Youth leadership workshop of the foundation
Last December 2020, after a health pandemic that deprived us of physical meetings, we met again at a breakfast in which we were able to talk about us, what the foundation is projecting and, in addition, We had a speech, by one of our fellows, on the importance of the environment.
It has been a pleasure to see the young people of the foundation in person again and connect via meet with two of them who are abroad.
Youth leadership workshop of the foundation
On August 10, the second workshop of the Leadership School was held: How to speak in public. Frederick Dacosta facilitated the space, talking about communication skills and allowing, through a methodical exercise, to review the different ways in which one speaks in public and how one can improve on it.
The young scholarship holders had a learning space through practical tools, which they will be able to use in the different places where they operate, being better leaders and bringing each knowledge to their experiential experience
Conference Leadership and communication
On September 10, 2022, we were again in a reunion space. The objective of the space was to share, learn and develop new skills to be successful leaders, through the conference given by our special guest Dr. Ignacio Orrego Rojo -Igor, a renowned international speaker.
His lecture was filled with great testimonials, advice, and calls to action, so that we can understand how our identity, thoughts, and attitude are essential to our lives.
On the other hand, we had the opportunity to promote the products that our interns have been developing.
It has been a pleasure to be able to count on the participation of each one of the members of the Foundation and, also, to meet new people who want to join our family.
first podcast
On June 25, 2022 at 11am the first live on YouTube was held. Catalina Gil, an environmental engineering student, and Nicolás Ruiz, an electronic engineering student, hold a discussion where they answer the questions: how is the light that illuminates your home generated? What are the ways to take care of it and use it responsibly?
"Renewable energies and energy efficiency" is the first podcast of our youth team. Don't stay without listening to it:
cinema matinee
On May 26, we had the first event of the semester to raise funds in order to be able to contribute more and more to build the dreams of the young scholarship holders that the foundation has. It was a family space, where the scholarship holders, the foundation team and the family and friends of each one participated. A movie morning at Royal Films, was the excuse to share, help a good cause and have fun all!
Service leadership workshop
On Saturday, October 6, the second workshop for our young scholarship holders was held; Daniel Moncada Varela, a psychologist with extensive experience in spiritual formation work and youth leadership, delved into relevant topics such as self-knowledge, daily life and meeting with others to encourage teamwork and promote the construction of joint leadership.

In the month of March, Leidy Ramírez represented our country in the scratch test of the 2019 Paracycling Track World Championship, in the Netherlands. Her efforts, training and great passion for what she does, paid off when she received the bronze medal and being a very worthy representative of Colombian athletes who give their best every day, to be Colombian champions that make us proud... Congratulations! Leidy!
Young leader attributes workshop
On Saturday, August 4, we held our first Leadership workshop at the Inalta Training School, where we welcomed our 2018-2 Scholars.
Alejandro Dacosta, Manager of the education program and event trainer, highlighted the importance of assertive communication and the characteristics that must be cultivated in the process of generating leadership among young people.

On Saturday, November 3, Alejandro Dacosta, director of the Inalta Foundation's education program, was in charge of the continuation of the young leader's seminar-workshop, where we worked on creative and innovative thinking and the use of knowledge and experience to Promote leadership in the new generations.
psychological accompaniment
Being assertive in the needs of the scholarship holders, we have continued with the psychological accompaniment to each one of the scholarship holders of the Inalta Foundation, with the purpose of listening to them, assisting them and supporting them in each of their personal areas._cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b -136bad5cf58d_ The idea is to go beyond the academic, impacting their personal and professional lives. For this reason, with the accompaniment of Dr. Juanita Uribe, we have set aside a special agenda so that everyone, without exception, can make the most of this space.
